Our new puppy, Dixie has grown in leaps and bounds. All of a sudden, she is bolting out the door. We are new with puppies. Of course we worry she is going to be hit. She has also found dead birds and eaten portions, later, vomiting up little worms. Is there something over the counter to give her? What can we do to prevent her from bolting? Lulabl

first of all, if she is vomitting up little worms, it means she has worms, and ONLY A VET can give you a medication for that. There is nothing over the counter you could by. Worms can be VERY serious to a young puppy, so get to the vet ASAP (i.e. Monday).
About the bolting out the door, that's a training issue and should be posted in the training catagory.

You have to watch them like a hawk. Make sure the door closes behind you and dont' let her out.
Anything unusual about her vomiting, diarrhea since she is a pup consult with a vet.
You should begin some obedience classes at this time :D

First take her to the vet for the worms. Bring a stool sample with you. Never mind over the counter meds from the petstore. It doesn't work and you'll end up going to the vet anyway.
As for bolting out the door and eating stuff - you need to train her. Enroll in an obedience class to find out how to do this. It's necessary.
