cat's abdomen hurts all of a sudden...need answers

It just happened about 15 minutes ago...she was fine all day...she's been eating and drinking water but 15 minutes ago she started to pnat really hard and when my sister petted her stomach she meowed like it hurted. Her gums look pink and her stool is fine. We put her down on the floor to walk, she stood up for a while and layed back down...still panting. Well a minute later she took off under the bed but she stopped panting.She's an indoor cat...but yesterday my sister in law left the door opened and the cat got out...she took off chasing a stray cat and got into a fight...I examined her and she didn't have any cuts...she was just mad! Does anyone know what could be wrong with her? Thanks Angelique

Is she spayed? How old is she? Was she meowing or howling at all?
How do you know it was the abdomen, just because you touch it? Is her belly distended at all?

take her to the vet, any time your pet is in any form of pain they really need to see a vet.
