Stop and Smell the Roses.....

Our garden is in full bloom and Sadie seems to take full advantage of that, sniffing flowers, chasing bees and frolicking in the grass. It's a beautiful time of year and HAPPY SUMMER TO YOU ALL!

Happy Summer Back at you! We've got the sprinkler going here for the kids as it's a muggy one!

Oh - and as for beautiful summer... I'm very happy for you all :p But living here in the summertime is most often like inhabiting somewhere around the third circle of hell. It is currently 92 degrees F and so humid you need a set of gills to breathe. Sometime before 4 pm we are sure to have an Armageddon-type thunderstorm complete with hail and tornado warnings... And then it will start over again.

Hmm perhaps I should postpone that career with the tourism board eh?

We just finished a big heat spell here and today is a tolerable nice summer day with a mild breeze.

This is the same rose minus Sadie...sniff your screen, I guarantee u can smell it..It's breathtaking!
