I had a five year old cross breed Chihuahua. Last week, she tried to jump up a stone chair, and was unable to do so. After this incident, she become very scare, her tail started to droop probably out of fear. She also seems tentative on the steps she made as if she has loss confidence.
Does anyone have any advice? :fingerscr

take her to the vet she may have hurt herself and an xray may be necessary to rule out any fractures
chiuauas are so tiny that its quite easy for them to get a fracture.
she may seem frightened because of pain.

Thanks...She does not seems to be limping or in pain...and as she is a cross bred, she is not that tiny...in fact she is about 5 - 6 kg heavy (Overweight)

Just because your dog doesn't appear to be limping, or in pain, doesn't mean it's not hurt. Dogs don't show pain as we do, and are able to hide pain to the point you don't know it's there.
A vet visit is in order to rule out hidden injuries.
