My pup is showing signs that she is real sick, no appetite, nausea, and rectal bleeding? From way day to the next she began to behave differently. Please respond immediately, anyone, please!

Take her to the vet RIGHT NOW. Any time that there's bleeding from any orifice it is VERY serious.
