my german shepard has got an enlarged spleen and swollen lymph nodes if anyone can give me more info on this please reply as soon as possible so i know what action to take that will be best for her.

Only your vet can advise you, but sometimes if the spleen is removed, it will prolong life and make the dog more comfortable for the time he has left.
