when you find your brid consider having its wings clipped, it will prevent her from flying away, or into windows potentially hurting herself

I was just told this morning of a lady that has a cockatiel that flew into her backyard that is the same coloring as the one you mentioned. The only thing is, the bird in in Owen Sound.
Can you give me a name for this bird and maybe I can find out if it is yours.
