Pitbull Criteria Needed

Hi, probably most of you know that we're trying to save our dog and stop BSL in Ontario.

We're searching high and low for a published official breed discovery and determination criteria list that determines the qualifications for a dog to be certified or declared as

1) A purebred pitbull
2) A pitbull dominant mixed breed

I've been told now by 2 national pitbull organizations that the only officially published list they know of is the original criteria from England for the breeding and determination of pitbulls. Haven't a clue where to look for this?
