Barnyard? Friends

Here are some pics we took today. They have a few animals (not for sale, btw) at our favorite country store and we love to feed them... especially the llama!

I love those pic's!! Llama's are so cute, except when they spit on people :evil: I have seen them spit on people before, and it's not pretty :yuck:

Happy, I've heard that they spit... these two have never done it that I've seen, and we visit them about 6 times a year. It's a good thing they haven't cause if they did, no more ice cream cones for them!

I like the dimples... On the llama of course... ;) With my man around, I can't visit anything with fur. He's too allergic. :rolleyes: I don't want him to start being allergic to me too... :)

Husband hates the dimples! Older women friends of the family still yap about them, call him dimples and squeeze his cheeks.

I couldn't imagine being allergic like that! He's not allergic to your dogs??

Llamas are cute - but they do spit! They have fantastic aim too! They will aim for your eyes most of the time and if they hit you, it hurts like a *itch!! I've never been hit, but my husband has and now he doesn't like llamas anymore! LOL Some of the ranchers around here use them instead of sheep dogs - I've been told that they are more aggressive in protecting the herd and can handle the severe winters better.
