As we do so much outdoors with our dogs.. I find I have lots of outdoor pics or my dog.... but none of my cats. With rare exceptions, every shot is an indoor one.

I took them out into the back yard today ( fenced) to try to get a few
spring themed photos. Flowers, trees, nature, that kind of thing.
Of course its pretty limited for cats as you have to stay at home still.

Had limited success. I will never be a pet photographer.. lol..
Here is one - of Miranda.

Do you have any spring- themed photos to share of your pets?
Could be indoor too, for those who never take their cats outside at all - plants, etc..

Beautiful pictures of the cats, and of course da pups.

I wonder, If you called your dog Minneau, would he have an identity complex?
Would he need therapy?

Kuma has so many names it's not funny, it's amazing that he still listens.
I've called him and my most favorite " Shredder ! ", Boo, Angelface etc..

Amazing how we humanize our animals and treat em like lil people with fur.

Keep the beautiful pics coming... :queen:

Some excellent pictures above of some cuddly creatures . . . . congrats everyone.

Some evidence of spring at our place . . . a picture taken an hour ago, Keeper sleeps off the waning moments of the day with the greening valley below her. . . . .

A few more from today during a walk through Brown-Lowery Park near our home and southwest of Calgary:

The new leaves are finally coming out, giving Keeper green surroundings:

And Abby finds a nice mudhole to sink into on a hot prairie day . . . interestingly, in the deepest parts of the forest, where direct sunlight never penetrates, ice covers the stream and will likely be there into June.

Here's one of Dodger yesterday:

Hey Lissa, is this picture taken at the Ottawa Aboretum? Dodger is soooo cute, ready to dive into the little stream eh. ;) This is my favorite park in Ottawa! Just took Diego for a stroll last weekend and he loved it too!

Oh Rock that mud looks to familiar! :D Dahlia that is such a cute picture! I still love those ears! :D Is she still doing okay at night time? :D She's doing great at night, and has been ever since I put her crate beside my bed. She stopped having accidents in her crate and stopped crying at night. She sleeps through the night, usually until whatever time we wake up.

Thanks, everyone, we think she's pretty cute, too.

Oh wow! I should take Diego there for a stroll.

Yeah that's the Arboretum at experimental farm, it's not off-leash, but pretty much all dog owners let their dogs walk off-leash. That's where the various walkathons usually take place. Dogs could also swim in the Rideau canal, not sure if it's legal, but many dogs do nonetheless. I find that dog owners in the Arboretum are very friendly and responsible, I have not witnessed one ugly "incident", so I highly recommend it.

The first two are Levi trying to get a big stick out of the bushes - as you can see the bstick is stuck in the bushes...but he eventually gets it out (with my help).

Look at Levi! So cute and I must say that Dodger would have done the same thing!! He would choose an entire tree, or log to play with instead of reasonable sized stick!
Here's Dodger wrestling with a thin but rather long stick (he made it through eventually!)
