How to get trained to be a trainer?

I have a friend in Asia who wants to know whether there is any course or program she can take in Canada to be trained to become a dog trainer (e.g. obidience training)? Is there a system here or some kind of certificate that she can get?
Where can I get more information about those programs (especially those in GTA)?
Please provide me with some information and I will appreciate it a lot.

By using your search engine you should be able to find what your looking for.
I use mine alot, you can type in as much info as you want to. If you get no results the first time just keep typing what you want in a difffernt way.
Dog training school. K9 school. etc etc.
