My Gentle Giant

I thought I would share this funny story that happened with C`Zarr and myself last night .

We went for a walk and because I do, on occasion, let him have a very tiny ice cream cone. The girls who run the ice cream stand in town LOVE him to death.
I stopped in and there was a new girl working who had never made a C`Zarr cone............ so I told her to only put in enough ice cream to make it LEVEL with the cone, none over the top. Zarr was sitting beside me watching her. She turned around to ask me if the cone was full enough..... while waving it around as she talked. Zarr lunged forward, placing his massive paws on the ledge and looked in the window at her. She almost crapped herself then bust out laughing. I told her that I guessed it would do. She handed it to him and he took it very gently and ate it in seconds. The whole place was still roaring with laughter when we started for home.

I wish I had a video camera for days like that............ he is tooo funny.

LOL I love big doggy stories like that. Big baby he is. (lucky too...) :)

If you saw that face looking in the window at you with a look that basically says" That will be just fine now stop waving it around and give it HERE" would you not want to crap yourself??? It is a really good thing he is gentle natured, I would not want to end up with a MAD C`Zarr.

What is missing with a pic is that we have not idea how soft he is. The Dogue at our park is one of the softest doggies I have ever touched. :)

I hear from people all the time that they cannot get over how soft he is. They do have a really soft coat. Zarr has a soft soft coat and of course his skin is loose so he feels even softer.
I will get pics of him and me walking tonite, if my son will co operate and run the camera. I still wish I had a pic of him at the take out window last night that was hilarious.
