Hi everyone, Newbie here

Just wanted to say hello.

I live in Tn and my big boy is Moto. a 1 1/2 yr old male great dane. A harlequin.

2 weeks ago on a sunday night had to rush him to the vet. He had bloat. Very lucky, got him there in time. They did surgery, stapled stomach, and removed 10lb spleen

So now the healing is starting. Hopefully will be back to his old self soon.

Anyone else deal with this? If so, how is everything after the surgery?

I'm sorry to hear that your big guy had bloat. He was very lucky that you helped him out in time! I've not been through it so don't have any advice, just wanted to welcome you aboard and say a picture of him would be lovely!
