bulletin board time?

Is it just me or does the time on this bulletin board keep switching around? Does it keep going in and out of daylight savings time? Sorry if this has already mentioned, I just don't know if I'm going crazy or not!

I used to think the same thing... but the time on the posts is an hour behind when I'm not signed in and just browsing... that's probably why sometimes you see a different time.
