found a house

We found a house just waiting on them to accept the offer and conditons and also get our morgage approved then we are all set. Keep your fingers crossed for us the moving date wont be till the 27th August mutrual aggreement.

Btw im still looking for a english mastiff puppie or mastiff cross preferabably under 1 good with children can you all keep your eyes open for me thanks preferabably for the 28th August as we will be in our house then

Are you getting it inspected too? After a year of looking we just got a house too and we got 4 inspected and all but the last failed miserably... Things we would never have noticed ourselves but would have made us sick in the end.
