At what age do puppies lose their baby teeth?

My puppy was chewing on his Kong ball and I noticed he was missing one of his baby teeth right at the front of his mouth. He also ran full speed into my leg yesterday as well.

I was just wondering if he had knocked it loose or if its normal for him to start losing his teeth when after he's 16 weeks old?

All puppies loose their teeth at 16 weeks of age, give or take only 48 hours! It's perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about - even if there is a little blood on their chew toys. It's all a part of puppy teething! :)

How fast is he gonna lose his teeth and how soon will his adult teeth come in?

I'm worried about him eating his dry dog food now. Thinking about soaking it a bit in warm water.

That's what I did. A bit of warm water is good.

His adult teeth should follow very quickly behind the baby teeth, like a matter of days.

I took a rope toy and soaked it in water and then froze it. The cold feeling helps their gums.
