Conners

My name is Conners and I live on my own with my wonderful pet family.
BrandyCat is 21 yrs old and has been with me since a kitten. He has a heart murmur and when very young, suffered a heart attack which the vet said he wouldn't make it through the night. Obviously, he did. LOL But, I was told he would be on heart medication for the rest of his life and he wouldn't make it to middle age. He hasn't taken his heart medication for years now and is now finally slowing down due to old age.
Petu was being abandoned in Northen Ontario and of all places, in a blueberry patch. He was a year old, stunk like...well I better not say. LOL Had very bad manners and yelled, rather than meowing quiet. I took him to the vet, got him ALL his shots (We doubted h ever had any), had him neutered and got ear mite medication fo him and the rest of my pets, because his ears were so bad, they were bleeding inside. He's turned into a wonderful and beautiful indoor cat with loads of personality. He's 10 years old and his back feet are the size of a jackrabbit. LOL
Shasta is my 2 1/2 year old American Staffordshire. We were getting ready for her to take her test to get into the Dog Therapy program visiting with seniors and sick kids, but then that dream shattered. She has a WONDERFUL personality and well socialised to people and animals of all kinds, even wild critters.
I also have a Betta that came to be babysat this past Christmas, and decided it was better at my place than at home. LOL I've called him Ruby as he's firey red and was told he was a year and a 1/2 old. Pic of him still to come.
I hope their pictures come through as I'm not sure if I'm doing this right.
