Oroville, WA. I found a young fully grown black & tan toy Manchester terrier in Oroville, WA, on Feb. 19th, 2005. She was turned over to the local police department, then passed on to the pound. I have been able to find out where she is now. She has been adopted. She was in top notch condition, well fed & glossy. I found her running terrified on a highway en route to Wannacut Lake, but still inside Oroville town limits; had to let her go because we were traveling & had deadlines. Let me know if she was yours.
