I've shopped at both, and others. 'Good' in what way? I find it all depends upon what I'm looking for really.

Petsmart and superpet are both good. I've got lots of good advice from them, and you've gotta love a store that will let you bring your pet in. (although Bear did enjoy helping himself to those bins of treats they have)

Ones that don't sell pets are good.Ones that promote adoptions are good.Smaller independants are good for high quality food, and ones like Ryans and Global.

I like petsmart and pet value. neither sell dogs or cats, petsmart does adoptions, and our local pet value does adoptions as well. I also love pet values pet food brand (performatrin)(sp?), my cats do great on it, my friend also uses thier dog food, and says it's great as well. and very reasonably priced.
