there's just a few things i'm curious in regards to training my 12 week old pup, duffy.
we want to reward him for good behaviour, along with praise, but our vet said he should only have 2-3 biscuits a day (they're medi-cal treats). are there other things he can eat more frequently as a reward?
second, as of saturday, he mastered going up the stairs (just a set of 8--not much) but he doesn't even attempt to go down the stairs. how can we encourage him to try going down the stairs. he's only 7 pounds with pretty short legs and i'm thinking it could be a long time before he's capable of it. any thoughts
