can puppies have wet dreams?

my youngest dog is almost five moths. I am taking him to get nuetured next week so I assume he is full developed sexually. He was sleeping on the ottoman tonight and when he got up to walk around there was a large wet spot where he was laying. My oldest puppie did pee in his sleep a couple of times when he was younger, so that would not have suprised me from my youngest, but it did not smell like pee. Could this have been a wet dream?

I don't think so.
Most likely pee....dog pee doesn't always smell, I've noticed. If he does it again, blot it with a white paper towel or something....betcha it's pee coloured!
I'd mention it to your vet when you take him in, if it's happens more times.
