They're all beautiful! As for the tire, we bought a tire for Daisy at PetSmart, it's about the size of a Go-Cart tire. It's probably lasted longer than anything, and she loves it. And it's easier to play with in the house! It's made out of re-inforced rubber. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a high-energy dog that likes to chew! The only problem now is she keeps eye-balling my truck tires...

(Schwinn-i don't think I've seen pics of your dog,do you have some to post?)
Tires,heavy-duty ropes, femur bones and Kongs are the only toys that can withstand their 'spunkiness".I used to get them teddy bears at Value Village($1.00 each),but now they tug-a-war them to pieces in about 5 seconds flat.My red dog loves squeaky toys so badly, but she kills the squeak right away. Now that the dogs are getting bigger,I'm going to get them a car tire(the one in the picture is a donut tire)

I dont drive so my knowledge of cars and car parts is limited, but don't car tires have metal wires/pieces in them making it unsafe for dogs to use as chew toys?

Honey's got hers from the pet store, and it's mini. ;)

No it's 100% rubber.I took out the metal rim the tire was on(what a nightmare that was-it took me hours). The tires at the pet store has just as strong a rubber smell as a car tire too.The only thing I was concerned with was using a used tire that had oil and car grease on it.This donut tire I used seemed pretty new.(found it in the alley) :D

Yup me too. Stuffed teddy pieces everywhere, and what is it about the squeak that makes them remove it first thing? I love the donut tire with the rope idea :thumbs up Anything that makes a dog that happy ... I'm gonna try. :D

I have the mini tires also... this looks so much more fun. :p

Bugsy, you have 2 dogs, right? If so,you can tie 2 ropes on either end of the tire and they'll tug-a-war it-it's good exercise.

Yup otherwise known as "double trouble"

I love love love that idea. I wish it was a little warmer out... so I could try it right away. Today was more of a "hold up don't shut that door.. I'll be done in a minute" day. It was -37 with the windchill. I hate winter.

Fabulous idea ! 2 thumbs up :thumbs up :thumbs up

as for the cheap dog toys, even dollar stores can have good stuff, inc. 3 tennis balls for $1. :thumbs up
