Another New Bill!

Page 20 of the sun says conservitive MPP Julia Munro introduced a private members bill that is aimed at danderous dogs in general, instead of pit bulls.
Her bill has fines up to 60,000 and up to two years for dogs that kill or severly mame. I have not see the whole bill, but from the artical is seems to be missing some issues that contribute to agressive dogs, BYB, puppy mills, neglegent/abusive owners, but they could be added.

Is she a liberal?

No, she is a conservitive for York North. She is also a dog breeder. She introduced her bill in response to Bryant's, to show there is an alternative. It isn't expected to make it, but more or less to make a point.
