Hey,
I was just wondering what everyone else here thought of this idea....
On Petfinder they have an Urgent forum. It is a place (for those who don't know) where people can come on and post pets that are in need of urgent adoption, fostering, etc.... Animals that are due to be PTS/GASED, etc, in the near future. Then, people can view these posts and lend a helping hand by fostering, pulling, transportaton or find a new furry companion to love that is in desperate need for safety. I think it is absolutely a fantastic idea and a really wonderful way to help our Canadian fur "babies".
I find that Canadian web sites rarely list their urgents and that maybe this could be a great outlet for them to do this and maybe access immediate help.
What do you guys think?
