hi, our pit bull is 6 months old. she is ill this morning, her nose is warm, her body feels warm, and she vomited her food right after eating. i gave her a little pepto bismol from my finger and now she went in the yard and is eating grass.she came back in and her nose is colder.
what can i give her for her temperature and stomache?

Does she have diarrhea too? Usually that follows vomiting. Has she had all her shots? Warm/cold noses don't mean much.

she hasn't pooped at all today, i think she swallowed something that blocked her up. this afternoon she threw up the grass she ate.
is not interested in eating anything, i made her eat a few ice cubes.and gave her a small amount of cod liver oil.
mostly laying down, but she'll jump around some.
she had her shots.

IF she is not pooping, but vomiting and you think she ate something that is causing a blockage, she needs to get to the vet NOW.

Sometimes dogs eat grass when they are blocked up, it can induce vomitting and maybe help them get rid of whatever's stuck (cats also do this for hairballs). Doesn't sound like it worked, though. Sounds like you need xrays.
