Where do they pick the dogs/cats/fish/amphibians for pet of the month?

Woo Hoo! Cafri won the dog of the month! I gave him a special treat today (even though he had no idea why).

Cafri turns heads here in Korea. In the city I live in, almost no one has ever seen a live Dalmation before. Then they look up and see a foreigner walking him. Many people do a double take. My fiancee rolls her eyes a lot because many girls will stop to get their pictures taken with Cafri and the foreigner (although Cafri is way better looking than me). :)

ok, so is that the answer to what cafri looks like? is it a dalmation? post pic please :)
