WARNING:

All persons using the Pawzone Play Area use this Area at their own risk. Creature Comfort is not responsible for, and accepts NO liability for, any injuries, loss or damage claimed or suffered by any person or animal related to the access and use of this Area or property, howsoever caused.

Failing to comply with any of these regulations may result in being banned from using the Pawzone Play Area

TERMS OF USE

KNOW THE RULES – FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL

2 Dog Limit – Owners may exercise no more than two dogs by allowing them to run free in the enclosed fenced area. Always keep your dog in sight and within voice range.

Dog Supervision No dog can be in the leash free area without their owner - minimum 18 years of age- supervising it at all times. Owner (18+yrs) must be present and in control of dog(s) at all times

Age Limit – Children younger than 6 years of age may not enter the leash free area. Children 6-12 years of age must be under the constant supervision of an adult and are the sole responsibility of the adult.

Wear Collar and Tags – All dogs must wear a collar with up to date rabies and dog license tags.

Collars – Pinch (prong) and spike collars are NOT allowed in the play area.

Leash - Always carry a leash even in the leash-free area. You never know when you may need it.

STOOP & SCOOP is mandatory – All owners must clean up after their dogs and place fecal matter in the designated containers. Please be courteous and respectful of this space, it is a privilege, not a right

Toys, Food & Glass Containers – Dog treats, dog toys or food (animal or human) are not permitted within the leash free area. They may cause guarding or territorial issues.

Stash the Trash – Leave your leash free area clean, place garbage in the containers provided.

Restricted Dogs – Dogs in heat, puppies less than 12 weeks old and dogs who are ill or carrying parasites such as worms or fleas are to be kept out of the area.

Designated Dogs – must comply with all terms of their designation including any leashing or muzzling requirements. Banned Dogs & People – Any person or dog that has been banned from the area shall not enter or remain in the area.

Professional Dog Trainers – may not use this facility for the conduct of their business.

Pets & Animals – No other animals are permitted in the leash free area.

Aggressive Dogs – Only NON-AGGRESSIVE dogs are permitted, aggressive dogs are to be kept out of the area. If a dog starts acting aggressively or with dominance towards others (people or dogs) it must be leashed and removed immediately from the site.

No dogs are allowed that have previously bitten or injured a person or another animal.

Leash your Dog – Dogs must be kept leashed until the area has been entered and the gates closed securely.

Control your Dog – Dogs must be under voice control and are not allowed to disturb or chase people/other dogs nor to destroy or dig up turf or under fencing. Don't let your dog harass other dogs or people

NO SMOKING-Smoking is not permitted within the play area to ensure the health and safety of all
